All right. so your characters can be unique within these guidlines-- AIR: winged, lighter shades of colors. WATER: water themed colors, webbed feet and short fur EARTH: power oriented, generally bigger size darker colored fur. ENERGY: brighter/bolder colors and agile. Choose one and create your character Smile

please post in a different color as your comments or put your comments in (parenthesis)

Shelzo, a light grey air wolf had his even lighter grey wings tucked close to his body as he eyed a rabbit, planning out his pounce, waiting for the right moment, waiting for it to turn it's head so he wouldn't see it's expression as he killed it. it finally did as he wished, he pounced, but tripped on a root he hadn't taken notice of, crashing to the ground face first, alerting the rabbit and scaring it away. he got up with a groan, he didn't know if it was from his stomach or throat. he spat out the dirt that'd found it's way into his mouth

Journey ran through the trees expertly, keen on finding or stealing some prey. Her yellowish fur gleamed when it was touched by the sun. Seeing that a gray winged wolf was going after a particular rabbit, she couldn't help but run by and kill it. Yes, the winged wolves were a tough bred to fight. But there no good on land, pretty much. If this particular male does give chase, it will most likely be through the air. So she had a plan of running through the trees, where she lowered her chances of being robbed herself. Smilying slyly, she took off with what would have been his next meal if he haden't been flying so clumsily.

he was walking actually XD seeing the rabbit being scooped up and taken by the energy wolf frustrated Shelzo as he shook off the dirt in his fur and the pain in his jaw. he stepped over the root he'd tripped on deliberately with an accusing glare at it before trotting around to find a break in the trees large enough for him to take flight, birds where easier to catch, but more difficult to eat, "oh well" he said to himself as he stretched out his wings

Journey smiled as she looked back at the wolf. Accepting this stolen meat as she meal, she began to quickly eat it. She was a theiverish little wolf. A long, fox-like body that could easily hide in the smallest of places. If you had the time and patience, you could find little holes filled with what she considers little 'treasures', you find a variety of items. Such as an artificial bone, or an empty cup.

after Shelzo had eaten a good amount of food he returned to the ground to search for something to do or someone to talk to, maybe just explore, he was new to this area so he didn't know anything or anyone. he folded up his wings again, keeping them close to his body as he usually did on land, he had a tendency of getting stuck or hitting things or otherwise getting hurt or vulnerable.

After she had hid the bones well, (after cleaning off every last peice of fat on that mammal) she decided to go out and find something else to do. Journey smiled at a shallow pond of koi fish. Fasinated, she began to paw at the water, the fish madly trying to stay out of her paws path.

the grey wolf saw the other, brighter wolf at the pond, and watched as she 'played' with the fish, he felt sorry for them, some would probably die of fright, well, if he waited long enough maybe he'd have something to snack on... he'd already forgiven the wolf for stealing his rabbit, it was his fault he didn't get it. He took a step into her site approaching threateningly, exposing his throat

Journey stopped and sat down, pretending to just watch the fish. But she was actually listening closely. Felling the guts to turn around, it was that winged gray wolf from earlier. She blinked, wondering what he wanted. Oh yeah, she thought. I took his rabbit.

"hello" he offered with a bow of the head, glancing at the fish "m-my name is Shelzo" he studdered out as he reached the pond looking at the fish, then up to her, his wings tucked in tight, his voice and posture timid and friendly, he kept his throat exposed. she was a potetial friend, he wanted to talk to her, get to know someone....

Journey shuffled out of the way, seeing hiim look at the fish. She thought he seemed big and tough at first, but now he seems to be a bit soft on the insode. Oh, how judgemental the world is. "Hiya." she said clearly. She was bold although she rarely talked to people. "My name's Journey."

he gave her his best smile, wiggling his tail a bit. someone who didn't automatically hate him for being shy! he refrained from letting his wings spread, it usually hurt in the forest and he had to keep that in mind, he couldn't afford to get hurt out here, he needed to hunt every day, he needed his wings in top shape. "where is it safe to make a den?" he asked, needing to know so he didn't wander onto an earth Wolf's territory... he'd be screwed if he did--no, he'd be dead...

Journet blinked. "I thought you winged wolves made nests..." she looked around, thinkingly. "Well, there are a few abandoned dens, but good luck finding them. It was mating season not to long ago, and the dens are still pretty well hidden from the pups.' she stood up, leaving the koi fish alone.

"we do mostly but.. i tend to fall..." he admitted sheepishly, looking away. He had nested a few times, but had fallen out each time. he didn't like being up so high on his feet, he was more coordinated with his wings. " and I'm not exactly NORMAL" he teased, looking at his light reflection in the water, the coy swimming behind it and the water plants growing behind THEM. he smiled at how life came together so perfectly.

Journey stifled her laughter as she kept looking around for a den. "Please. If you live on this land, you look as good as anybody else. Now, let's see if theres an abandoned den in the forest..." she trailed off as she trotted off. Clearing away bushes, squirming through tight spaces-- you name it. She searched there.

He stayed to the Clearer path, watching her, hoping that if she found a den it would be something he could spread out a bit in, he didn't want to sleep all cramped up.

"Ah.. I think this one is a good size.." she said, digging away at the thorny bush with little ease. "When you squeeze through this tiny entrance, there should be a nice space in there." she peeked her head in. "yeah, lot's of space. It's well hidden, too."

he sighed at the small entrance, squeezing his way through it, it was just barely big enough for himbut she was right, he had bplenty of room down hee, he shook the dirt out of his fur and off of his wings "it's perfect!" he exclaimed, turning around to face her with a big smile "thank you so much..." he said, hoping she wouldn't leave...

Shelzo layed in his new den, dozing off. hoping he'd get something better to eat later. As he dozed he dreamed. he dreamed of making it here, being accepted and loved. He'd never really known his parents and had been passed around as a pup, never knowing where his parents had gone or why they'd left him. He dreamed of having and loving his own pups someday, raising his own family. Being happy with them.
