Specified Wolf Breed?

Okay, so Wolf RPs are pretty popular yes? well i've only got one problem, not all wolves are the same, should we just do a random and general wolf RP or go into more detail with Breed or kind of wolves? i got this idea off of a board on iScribble, someone made a board where your character had to be one of four types of wolf, i think it would get some imaginations going to create new characters and wind up in some pretty interesting plots, what do you guys think?

YES. But some people like to go all sparkly wolf, so I guess specific types of wolves would be best.

Well, i was thinking have the wolfs be unique to the creator, like, markings and such but make it so like for reference: Forrest breeds: tree wolves are generally more energetic and agile.
earth wolves are generally more negative and by far more powerful that other breeds.
air wolves are more spiritual and have stronger will
water wolves are more blah blah my mind went blank on this one.

Lessee, how about Angelic wolves (Winged wolves, whatever you prefer) and the Ground/tree wolves?
